Coupon Codes Terms - coupon codes apply a discount to your order, the discount excludes any promotional items, Vlisco products and orders shipped to Nigeria.

Please note that we can not match online prices at our retail outlet
All lace items purchased for shipping to Nigeria will be subject to additional freight charges

Privacy Policy – we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties aside from service providers required to fulfill your order (e.g. couriers and payment providers).  You have the right to remove your details from our systems at any time inline with GDPR rules - if you would like to do this please contact us via the contact page.

Delivery Policy/Rates – Empire Textiles offer flat rate delivery for certain regions. Please see chart below for more details:

UK - £15  

Ireland -€15 

Europe -€25 

USA/Canada -$26.25 (based on current exchange rates)

Rest of the world - Calculated at the checkout

International shipping may involve administrative issues like custom duties or state/provincial taxes that may apply when the purchased items arrive, please note we are not responsible for these charges.

Once a transaction has been successfully processed, delivery times are as follows:

UK: 1-2 business days.
USA/CANADA: 1-2 business days.
IRL: 2-3 business days.
Europe: 2-4 business days.
Rest of World: 3-6 business days.

(Please allow at least 24 hours for your transaction to be processed. Working days are considered to be Monday–Friday.)

Once an item is shipped, the customer is provided with the tracking number for the package. This way the customer can, at his/her convenience, check the location of their package and arrival expectancy.

Packages sent to the U.S.A or Canada are normally sent through Fedex

Packages sent to Europe, Australia are normally sent through DPD (Interlink Express)

Packages sent to Africa are normally sent through a local shipping agent, please contact us for more info and prices.

Return/cancelation policy -

We do accept refunds and exchanges however goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase in the same condition as they were received.
Unless an initial mistake was made on our part, the customer will be liable for the cost of the returned parcel. Once we have received your return item we will usually aim to contact you within the 24 hours to process an exchange or to arrange a full refund. Please note that the refund process can take up to 3 working days.

Orders can be cancelled at no charge up until shipment. When your order ships, you’ll receive an email entitled "Shipment Notification for order#XXXXXXX with EmpireTextiles.com." Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and will be treated as returns.

Please note we do not offer refunds or replacements for all special orders.
